RENTALS for 2026
These prices do not include tax. We accept Mastercard, Visa or cash. No personal checks for rental payments. Overnight Occupancy is two (2) persons in an Efficiency/Studio unit; Four (4) persons in a one bedroom unit; and Six (6) persons in a combination of a one bedroom and studio bedroom with its own bathroom creating a two bedroom, 2 bath unit (plus infants in each case).. All are subject to availability.
Owner Rentals These are units that are owned individually and placed up for rent. To rent a owner unit you must pay a deposit of $100.00 to secure the rental. This deposit is refundable should you cancel your reservation with the office within 30 days of your scheduled week.

Association Rentals - These are any other rentals that are available. Pricing for 2026 will be as follows, effective 1/1/2026.
To obtain a refund you must cancel within 30 days. If it is past your 30 days and In the cases of emergencies and you must cancel, we can extend your rental to a different week or apply it to your account.
*Special owners price is $635 plus tax for the full timeshare week or $140 per night plus tax with a minimum of 3 nights. This pricing can not be used on a special event weeks, holiday weeks, or on one of your own deeded weeks.
* Friends and family rate is $990 plus tax for the full timeshare week of an association owned unit. This excludes special event weeks or holiday weeks. When booking you must provide the owners information.
*A normal full week is $1284 plus tax or $180 per night plus tax with a minimum of 3 nights. This price is not valid for special events or major holiday such as new years, fourth of July, Memorial day and Labor day and Easter Week.
*Special event & Major Holiday weeks are $200 per night plus tax with a 3 night minimum.
*The name of the guest registration must be the occupant of the unit rented - You will need to provide us with ID at check-in.
*Full payment must be made at the time of reservation, we do not hold association units.
*There are no refunds on any special priced rentals.
