HELP RESTORE SUNRISE- Many units are sold under $3,000.00.  (to include 2024 maintenance of $865 plus Special assessment of $1700).  Even if you can't find your desired week on this page,  take a look at our association inventory.  With that kind of investment, you are not only helping Sunrise to restore our seawall and amenities,   your investing in your next vacation home for years to come.  The dates are fixed with minimal guessing and will always be secured at the lowest rates.   Why battle with the ever so changing vacancy & weekly rates of an AIRBNB & hotel each year that may or may not be able to hold your family gatherings and longtime friends?   Here at Sunrise Beach Club, you become apart of our private member association.   Your unit week stays the same each year, you pay your yearly dues by January  (Only $865.00 for 2024).  This is still very low rates for a 1 bedroom condo in a small gated community with a gorgeous grassy courtyard on the beautiful Daytona Coastline.  As an owner, you will not only create lifelong friends with your neighbors but your children will too.  The majority of our owner families  have been here for 40 plus years.  Being an owner,  you will not only enjoy the vacation stability a timeshare resort can offer but you will also enjoy special owner rental prices on SBCA units during our off seasons.  2024 off-season rental prices for our owners are currently $535.00.  (Owner MUST occupy the unit and the week must be an OFF season week)
