About the Condo
This three-story gated Silver Crown resort is located directly on the beach. Please Note: Our amenities such as pool, spa, and beach access are temporarily closed due to hurricane Ian & Nicole of 2022. We anticipate our seawall and beach access repairs to be completed by end of 2025. We are looking to having our pool and spa open by the end of 2026. The nearest beach access is just south of our property, only steps away! Amenities include 2 shared propane barbecue grills and 7 sun tables with umbrellas for shade. We have 6 tanning loungers that can be moved. Our resort features a beautiful courtyard perfect for throwing a football with the kids. We also have board games, puzzles and books in our office library for you to check out at your pleasure. Several surrounding hotels offer pool passes that you can purchase for daily use. Accommodations include 21 one-bedroom and 2 efficiency & 2 studio/bedroom units. All 1 bedroom units are furnished with spacious living areas, fully functioning kitchens, a dishwasher and a stackable washer & dryer. Each unit has it's own beautiful direct oceanfront or ocean view to enjoy the amazing Sunrise we have always been known for. Please take note, our second floor balconies are not in use at this time. Any rental prices on those units are reduced accordingly. Recreational activities such as deep sea fishing, jet skiing, golf, tennis, basketball, state parks, hiking trails and children's parks with splash pads are all close by. Sunrise Beach Club is located about an hour drive from Universal, Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, The Kennedy Space Center and St. Augustine. Parking is limited to one (1) space per unit.
